Bolt Energy 48V 160Ah Extended Range Lithium Golf Cart Battery Kit
Description
Bolt Energy 48V 160Ah Extended Range Lithium Golf Cart Battery Kit. Bolt's longest-range 48-volt kit, built for lifted carts, big tires, 6-passenger carts and all-day use.
Bolt Energy USA batteries use prismatic LiFePO4 cells in a sealed, powder-coated steel case with built-in Bluetooth monitoring. One Bolt pack replaces your cart's full set of lead-acid batteries: no watering, no corrosion, and hundreds of pounds lighter.
Choose Your Kit
- Standard Kit: battery, charger, meter and mounting hardware: everything to swap out lead-acid.
- Pro Kit: adds a 12V reducer, premium 2AWG cables, a 400A solenoid and a battery removal strap. Choose Pro for lights, stereos or upgraded controllers.
- Heated: a built-in heater warms the cells before charging when it's below freezing, so it charges in unheated garages and barns. It switches off automatically at about 34°F.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a lithium battery make my cart faster?
Lithium holds its voltage better than lead-acid, so most carts feel stronger on hills and stay strong to the end of the charge. Top speed is set by your motor and controller.
Do I need the Pro Kit?
Choose Pro if you run 12V accessories like lights or a stereo, or if you want the upgraded cables and solenoid. Otherwise, the Standard Kit has everything to replace your lead-acid batteries.
Do I need the heated version?
Only if your cart charges in temperatures below freezing. Lithium can't safely take a charge below 32°F, and the heater solves that.
How does it ship?
Lithium batteries ship as regulated lithium freight direct from the distributor. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
