This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Built Better Custom Carts ("we," "us," or "our") are processed and shipped.
1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some products — such as tire and wheel combo packages that are mounted and balanced before shipping, or custom-order items — may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination. Larger or heavier items (such as battery kits, conversion kits, and wheel/tire sets) may ship via freight carrier and could take longer to arrive than standard parcel shipments.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
5. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, or product availability. We'll do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
